high protein to put on mass

Do you think with test 400mgs a week and eq 400 mgs a week and 5 weeks of wintsrol, one could gain some good noticeable mass and drop bodyfat with a high protein and low low carb diet, with some good calories. any thoughts or sugestions, my pics are in the members cycle results if you need stats. if anyone has a good porgram that they would like to share that could help with my size frame i would be very thankful. I love this board b/c it seems everyone wants to help everyone and thats how it should be.

Assuming you run the test and eq for a regular cycle and hit the winny for the last 4-5 weeks you will no doubt gain a lot of size, especially if that's your first cycle.

How low carb are you talking about? You also need carbs to grow.

Dizzle is right dont drop below 1g times your body weight and if any thing keep the carbs just change the type. So 1.5g of carb times your body weight 2g pro-tein times your BW---- 50% simple carbs (fruits and veggies-green leafy vegatatables... I would avoid simple sugars before bed and use only in the morning and right after workout for insulin spike) 50% non-process complex carbs. If your watching out for water retention staying away from high starchy carbs will help... potaotes (high starch/non-process-carb), pasta (high starch/process-carb)
(rice is a starch but non-process and better digestion and absorbtion)

    hope my jibberish makes sense
