im working abroad in magaluff in 6 weeks time probally for 2-4 months, diet going to be pretty poor but i will still be training as there is a gym on the beach. should i take some supplements with me to help maintain my muscle as my diet will most probally suck. i was thinking of multivitamins,BCAAs,ZMA & L-glutamine all tablet form. recon its worth it yea ?? also do you think milk thistle would be a good idea ??
