How is red bull a diet product? Jar because it's sugar free doesn't mean it's diet. Actually by drinking the sugar free redbull you don't get the insulin spike from the sugars and you get a more prolonged energy boost. Rather than the insulin spike regulating the glucose and having a "sugar crash"

Complete opposite for me. If I have to get up early the next morning then I'll drink vodka redbull all night. Pass out and wake up 3 hours later wide awake and ready to go. I'm sure it's hell on my body tho.
