just hoping for some advice, im 23, weigh 75kg (11stone 10) and am 5'' 11''
my diet is pretty good and include alot of chicken, red meat, fruit and veg, hardly any sugars or fizzy drinks
been a regular gym goer for around 3 years now but still seem to have same problems, my weight stays the same and i would ideally like to weigh around 85kg but cant seem to put the weight on, iv tried many protein and whey supplements also,
the problem with abs is that they cant seem to break through, i do roughly 300 situps and other abs excercizes daily i try to minimalize cardio excerize so i do not lose more weight, i have recently read 'anavar' to be a good option for hardening muscles but if anyone has other recomendations on either subject i would be grateful, or any brand supplements to reccomend
