Ok people, I have drop 10lb in 6 days not sure how, well I guess I do can I was dieting but 10lb is crazy, I am guessing it as alot of junk fat, I also didn't do cardio just pumped the weights.
Anyways, So I am on day 6 now and for day 7 it is my cheat meal day, what can I get away with?
I was thinking some pork alfredo, with some feta bruschetta, and some casaer salad?
Now is this a good cheat meal to get some good carbs? and I take it I can only eat once like this in that day, at one sitting!
