    Cheat meal... what can I get away with?

    Ok people, I have drop 10lb in 6 days not sure how, well I guess I do can I was dieting but 10lb is crazy, I am guessing it as alot of junk fat, I also didn't do cardio just pumped the weights.

    Anyways, So I am on day 6 now and for day 7 it is my cheat meal day, what can I get away with?

    I was thinking some pork alfredo, with some feta bruschetta, and some casaer salad?

    Now is this a good cheat meal to get some good carbs? and I take it I can only eat once like this in that day, at one sitting!

    Eat whatever you won't regret the next morning LOL...you don't want to ruin any progress made but at 10 lbs in one week, I doubt that will be a problem. I tend to curb a taste. It's a cheat meal so I don't worry about good carbs or bad carbs..just portion size so I don't go crazy!

    Really, what cheat meal should you eat?

    Who cares, eat whatever it is you desire. Do you really need someone to tell you how to NOT eat correctly!

    No Sh*t.........just be sensible meaning I wouldn't have a bunch of burgers and fries.....lol

    Well I kind of knew hat it could be anything, I just didn't want to kill myself and fell bad for eating to much, But thanks, I am going to enjoy this pasta!

    So I just wanted to see what would happen after I eated that carb meal, and hopped on scale, it said with cloth 181 and when I scaled myself the other day it was in the morning at 181, this is crazy, it also most like I am losing pounds after pound, something not right, getting worried, cause when I start cardio next week, I may drop crazy and be 150 in a month, haaha, joking but really.
