    Blueprint Diet

    Hey Everyone,

I was wondering what my diet should look like on my upcoming cycle.

I am 26 years old height around 6'1" weighing in at about 200lbs and bf around 14%. I was just looking to get a decent idea of how many carbs, protein, and fat i should include in my daily meals or throughout the day.

Also, if anyone is willing, I would love to get some input on the meals i should be eating to fulfill this diet.

Hard to answer without knowing what your cycle consists of and what the goal is? I imagine you're going to tell me 'bulking' which I would recommend against at 14% bodyfat, but obviously this is your choice.

You'd have better luck if you posted up a proposed diet for us to work with. I can tell you now nobody is going to make one for you, just sayin...

If that is you in your avi and you are willing to post more photos the guys can help you even more by helping to decide whether or not to cut or bulk...then go from there....my .02

this way you start off in the right direction since so many guys want to bulk first which sometimes backfires....

Without hijacking too much. What body fat do you try to have before you start to bulk.

I think most around here say 10%. I personally don't have a problem with it at 14% but you have to understand what everyone's idea of "bulking" is. If it's a "clean bulk" it's accepted at a higher beginning bf%, so I'm saying maintenance cals adding muscle while maintaining current fat amounts, you will gain weight, increase metabolism and be a smaller bf% when you are done. Very few people on here ever recommend what used to be the norm for pro bb's, which is to add 60 lbs of bodyweight, no matter the amount of fat, then lose 55 lbs of it and hopefully have the extra 5 lbs be muscle.

I generally suggest to people no higher than 12%. For me personally, no higher than 10% as I put bodyfat on way too easily.

Good to know. So at 10% your abs would be well defined?
