Hi there, Just want some helpful and knowledged advice.
Im 22 and have been hitting the gym 5times a week for over 2years now, my body has toned nicely and iam fairly strong for a small build. (70kg)
I dont wish to become massive or over the top, i just want to be a bit stockier and fill out a bit more, to then work on that.
Ive tried supplements and weight gainer, it doesnt really work. Im definatly eating the right foods as i see a nutrisionist regulary.
I want to do a course just to gain a bit more lean weight, ive been advised to take deca-durabolin by two different people, but been told they have nasty side effects like growing breasts etc and there are precautions to take along side to stop this.
Like i said, i dont wish to become massive or a "show off" just a bit of a booster to become more lean and bulky and then work with that.
