Just try to limit the amount of time you leave it out of the fridge.

I've done that before too. It was in an insulated lunchbox though so it stayed relatively cool.

it will be fine. one thing people usually don't consider though is how ineffective hCG is after about 35-40 days after constitution. it loses it's "potency" very quickly after this time frame
