I used to struggle just to lift 20lbs dumbbells but now I'm on my first week using 30lbs dumbbells for each hand and literally can feel that am getting much stronger than i was. I work out for about an hr a day sometimes i do two workouts morning and early evening if I feel energized still. I still don't intake a lot of protein as I should but doesn't seem to stop my arms from growing. Shoulders are getting there 2 really happy with myself epically doing this naturally.
