    Ok to cycle again?

Got my blood work back today and my test (free and test serum) are back to normal.

just wrapped up my PCT last week. Is it ok to cycle again now that my test levels are back to normal, or should I wait for time on + PCT?

    Would appreciate the advice

The usual protocol is time on + PCT = time off. Now you might want more advice since your bloodwork came back normal.

You need to wait 2 months after pct to get blood work, the pct meeds will skew your test levels.
    Time on+ pct= time off

go ahead and cycle now, otherwise staying off will give your body more time to lose gains

    No.

His test levels were falsely elevated from the SERMs, which are active for at least a month.
If he were to start another cycle now, he might as well just have stayed on.

Yeah, SERMs will drastically increase LH, FSH and test while you're using them. There are plenty of studies where healthy men have roughly doubled their baseline test levels on 6 weeks of Nolva (I wouldn't recomend that in the long-term).

I've seen plenty of guys make the mistake of getting bloodwork the day after their PCT ends and get all excited because their test levels were like 1300ng/dl. After a few weeks (Nolva and Clomid have half-lives of around 5 and 7 days, respectively), thir test levels will drop down to normal range (if not lower) and eventually settle once the HPTA fully recovers.
