    whens best time to take cytomel?

    what time of day is the best time to take cytomel? 1 hour before workout? morning or what.

    YUP, make sure you go with the empty stomach (2 hours after eating, 1 hour before eating)

    what do yo mean 2 hours after eating and one hour before? i take it 2 times? i take one before i eat and one 2 hours after i eat?

    Exactly what I said. Most will say an empty stomach is 2 hours after eating and wait one hour before eating again so you can absorb the medicine.
