First stats...6'1, 250, 16%BF, lifting since 1988. 10 plus cycles
This will be the 2nd time postponing my cutting cycle. Why you ask??? No FRICKEN energy or intensity in the gym!!! It started about 6weeks ago and I thought I could push through with adjusting diet...DID NOT HELP! Have been lifting hard for 9 months and 3 days a week of cardio and things were going GREAT!! Great gains, loss of Fat, Everything working out is supposed to do! I know I'm 37 but NEVER, even during my non lifting years have I felt so lethargic!! Im going to my doc 2morrow and having blood work done. What should I ask to be put on? I was thinking some Test therapy? Thoughts, Advice from older lifters? What to avoid if doctor suggest? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
