Extreme Needle phobia and want to cycle

I understand this board generally frowns upon the use of AAS by those under 25 but i have been training for about 2 years now and after watching alot of my friends do multiple cycles and jump past my progress by leaps and bounds in a much shorter time period i have become a convert.

The reason i haven't started looking into this earlier was because i wanted to establish a decent base, however the major reason is that i have an extreme case of needle phobia.

Most of my research so far as been on a scientific level in regard to body reaction's, side effects ect but i have not come upon many threads that cover methods to take the Cycle.

I understand that Injection is obviously the much preferred method but is it possible to do most cycles without injections? I am currently looking into a Clen/t3 cycle and then others as i bulk.

My current stats are (in case they change anything)

Age: 21(22 vsoon)
Height: 6'1
Weight: 208 pounds
Bodyfat: 16%

There isn't an exact age were we all stop developing and growing because this is determined by our genes and DNA, we are all genetically programmed individually and we inherit our genes from our parents. To give an exact age we stop growing would be incorrect because everyone's genetic blueprint is different.The main development of our bodies is up to the age of 21yrs of age but this can vary between individuals. There are parts of our bodies what carry on developing and adjusting slowly up until the age of 25yrs old, an example of this is the brain. The Endocrine system is a part of the brain what is very complex and keeps our bodies in a homeostasis state. Our testosterone levels start raising and roughly peak around 25yrs old and then start to slowly decline, so even though some of us may have stopped growing at the age of 21yrs old, others may still be developing up until the age of 25yrs old.

I have recently spoken to my Endo regarding this matter and he tells me that the HPTA is very sensitive and as many pathways how it regulates the human body, he states steroids disrupt the normal balance of hormones in the body which can cause reversible and irreversible changes at any age but risks are far more if you administrate exogenous androgens during development, this will put you in a very unnatural environment at a crucial time and your hormones should be treated with care especially in the early stages of maturity. The adverse effects can be erratic behaviour of the HPTA and potentially therapy when your older.

I did ask him what age he would think would be the safest as far as risk to damages and he said many endocrinologist suggest full maturation is reached by 25 years of age and this would also give the HPTA time to be established with your natural hormone balance and patterns. I personally feel 24-25yrs old would also be ideal starting point to get bloodwrok drawn to see exact what your natural levels are before starting any kind of cycles and waiting till you have reach your testosterone peak would be a good starting point, for me there is to much evidence over the forums and what I've seen personally over the last 25yrs I've been bodybuilding. Obviously it isn't going to be all 19- 21yr old bodybuilders who suffer side effects what are irreversible but I am edging on the side of caution what age I advice to the newbies.


If you ever do decide to go down the steroid route once your old enough your going to have to inject yourself, if this is a complete no, then your wasting your time considering steroids.

I did read this thread previous to my post, however i noted that there was no actual "rule" against asking for advice when under the age of 25 but rather it is frowned upon due to the reasons stated in your post. I should also let you know that i am a qualified PT and my exercise and dieting knowledge is superior to that of most people my age. I want to take my training to the next level and this is the way to do it and i would appreciate the help if it is offered as this is the most reputable site to ask on.

Thank you for your short answer in regards to not wasting my time if i refuse to inject myself though. I would probably be willing to go down that road after my first cycle, but for the first one i would rather focus on the cycle itself than the needle and was wondering what my options are for clen/t3.

You need to focus on your diet and training rather than taking hormones/compounds at your age. It can take years to fully understand how your body reacts to certain foods and it can take longer to fully understand how to train correctly. These are the areas you need to research rather than drugs, your young and have a high level of hormones what are capable of doing remarkable things if only you learn how to manipulate along side your diet and training.

I have been dieting for over 5 years to control my weight and resistance training on and off the same period. My body puts on muscle naturally better than any other person i have seen, even if my strength gain does not follow and this is not my issue. My issue is with the cut and why my first cycle will be with clen/t3 and i might consider anything that will drastically effect my test levels when im alot older. If you are still unable to offer advice then its ok i just figured asking advice here would be better than asking people less reputable.

I am offering advice the trouble is your not listening to it and focused on taking compounds to solve an issue what can be done via diet and cardio. Your in your prime use what you have and dont add into the mix when the answer is something so easy as cardio and diet.

Post pictures, lets see what we are dealing with and also post your diet and training programme please

I've the solution, I had the same problem, ask your girlfriend to pin you, teach her before and it will be alright after a couple you'll be able to do it alone.
