Sus 250 + decca

I'm a out 8% BF and started 1st cycle ever after 20 year of working out
Iv always been a big lad 125 kg iv recently and naturally got to 75kg ripped but thin I'm told lol!

I'm doing 500mg sus 250 + 175 mg decca 2 times a week and am responding quite well with 4 kg quility mass!

The first 4 jabs were he'll ie:sore as f... As yesterday I mixed the 2 up well before injecting in glut and very mild soreness compared to the past!! Was wrapped!!
I want to keep my bf real low diet is super clean!!
Iv started splitting my work outs to massive intenscity super sets in the morn and doing cardio 1/2 hour treadmill in the evening and throwing in abbs every 2nd day
Trainning about 10 to 12 sessions a week
I want to stay very lean ripped w a bit of size
Progressional feed back would be greatly appreciated!!

You really need to sort your pct out, this should have been done before starting your cycle...

What would u suggest sus alone ?

Yes i would stick with the sus on this one mate, leave the deca for another cycle....

Ok will do but find sus alone hurts like a mf for a few days after injecting but when I mix it well with decca half the pain !
My diet is clean should I incorporate some sups eg bcaa or alcarn ?? Thx mat

Yes mate, the reason we run one compound for the first time is so we can monitor how our body reacts, if you ran the test and deca and suffered serious side effects and had to stop your cycle then how would you know which compound is causing those side effects??

Iv been studying it in all my speare time and been posting forums for advice ! After reading why
Pct is so imoportant I got real worried went over to my girls place and had heaps of good sex to see that every thing is ok and working as it should! Thank god!
I asked ar for advice and didn't get any but now understand why!

You will need both clomid and nolva dosed like this

Clomid 100/50/50/50, so thats 100mgs every day for the first week then 50mgs every day for the second week and so on lasting 4 weeks..
Nolva 40/20/20/20, so thats 40mgs every day for the first week then 20mgs for the second week and so on lasting 4 weeks..

Because you've been injecting yourself with testosterone your bodies natural testosterone production will stop. This is because your body realizes that all of a sudden theres way to much testosterone circulating within you so to continue working in Harmony it stops producing natural testosterone.. Once you stop injecting you body with synthetic testosterone you need to re-boot your natural test production asap and this is why we run a pct, to get our hormones back to normal levels...

Now your running sus so you need to wait 21 days after your last injection before beginning your pct. This is to allow the synthetic testosterone to clear your body...

it's a liquid that will come with a syringe...you squirt it down your throat not inject

As stated above it will come with an oral syringe and is to be taken orally, however many don't like the taste so they mix it with a drink, be it a protein drink or juice so thats an option.. When you receive it let me know what its dosed at and i can explain to you how much to put in each syringe...

Theres been to many people jumping down the throats of members starting their first cycles because they don't know as much as they could/should. We sometimes forget that we all need to start somewhere, hell for my first few cycles i never ran a pct because i didn't know about it.....

Now roknRIGGAR seems to have a better understanding of what he's doing and it would be cool if sometime in the future he could share his experience and help others...

Hi Matt everything regarding health seems to be running along fine ! Apart from a bit of a short fuse is this normal? Also I'm coming of decca and redusing amounts t0 .5 ml week I want to stay on sus for another cycle 8 to 10 weeks. Can I please have your feed back thank you riggar !
