Bounce back! If you can't really dial in the diet this stuff is only a temporary fix. And at some point you will hit a plateau. Say you're able to get down to 11% and you stop losing fat but are happy with your looks. What do you do? Amp up the compounds? OUCH might have long term effects or overpowering sides. So you ramp up the cardio. YAY if you love that stuff. Drop the calories? Yep that works too.
IMHO get your diet in check to about 10%-11% bodyfat then bring on either T3 of Clen to drop down some more. Then when you hit the wall add in the other compound. Keep in mind when you come off you will bounce back and if not careful fatter than before you went on the compounds.
