    creatine/jack3d/ other powders and steroid

    i have been using jack3d for preworkout for a while and it works really well for me off cycle. when you go on cycle is there any point to having a compound like jack3d or creatine or anything similar? i have gotten mixed answers in looking at other posts on this topic.

    What are your stats ? In my opinion, Jack3d, NO-Explode, etc are all useless. Sleep and a healthy diet will provide you with enough energy to train. I have 40 hours of class a week, 18 hours of work a week for a part time job, and I still get my 8 hours of sleep in, cook all my meals, and have no energy problems at all. Creatine has no anabolic properties so shouldn't affect steroid use at all. Don't waste your money on the other stuff, it's just overpriced marketed caffeine junk. Protein powder, a good multivitamin, fish oil pills, and creatine is all you need.

    Others may disagree, just my $0.02

    im 27 5'7" 165-170 and been lifting for 3-4 years. i have energy throughout the day even when i go to the gym, but taking jack3d still gives me a bit of a boost. i feel like its mostly psychological now though

    on cycle i like the go getter juice even more. Rite now im taking clen but on my 2 weeks off i like an ECA stack. Even off cycle I like the caffiene, it gives me that extra go. i dont see any reason not to take it. especially if you like the go it gives you. Look into aakg, that and caffiene pills work great for me!! never used jacked though.

    That stuff is awful for your body. Stick to a natural product i use a product called Vega Sport - Natural Plant-Based Performance Optimizer Pre-Workout Sports Beverage. Its great for you taste is awful but it gets you rockin before the gym and throughout your workout. Once you use you will never go back.

    yeah, keep taking them, no reason not to. creatine is shown to be even more effective while 'on'

    If you eat red meat you are getting natural creatine from it. All this pre workout stuff the majority of it is garbage i have quite a bit of experience in it. Do not waste your money if you are already on gear then there is no need for it except to spend your money on useless junk. Go to any naturalpath or anybody who has knowledge on this subject and they will stay far far away on such products as these. You can not even pronounce the products in these things why would you want that trash in your body. Same with protein powders they are all mass produced and mostly all dairy based its junk. Do not believe in the hype of these products they may help you before your workout but they are wrecking havoc in your insides there are way better natural solutions.
