    [CUT FAT] supplements and else.

    I wanted to do 1-2 months of cutting fat (im not fat 85kg for 188cm) but i wanted to get ripped some more,what would be the best combo/stack for it ? i already do workout 3 days a week,should i put cardio in the days between and take thermo n' stuff ? what about ephedrine ? or ephe/caffeine combo ?

    Any tips ?

    Diet + cardio + time + patience = weight loss.

    Given your height and weight (age? bf%?, routine schedule?) you should already be pretty lean (assuming as you said,your not fat), maybe change up your workout, include compound movements, forget about isolated stuff.

    You don't need a stack, train good and hard, cardio and boom! The results will come.
