ive used anywhere from 12.5mg -25mg ED on cycle. the perfect dose for me was 18.75mg ED. its kind of trial and error to find out what you like, although I dont believe in dosing anything less than ED, even if its only 6.25mg. oddly aromasin seems to help my acne better than the type II inhibitors. regardless of the dose.

how do you find out what is best for you.. im just planning on taking it on cycle to prevent gyno..
