Problem with order

I have ordered my pins and liquidex from Ar-r before and they are always quick and awesome. However I received my order yesterday and got the oral syringe and no liquidex. I also ordered 3 packs of needles with syringes and only got the needles. The order got really messed up. I emailed them twice and got no response. Is this normal?
