    Recommendations..?

Im 29 years old, 165 lbs and about 15% BF. I just finished up a 6 week cycle of Sustanon 250 and Deca 300 (injecting 1.5cc of each on Mondays and Thursdays) and been using Clomid as i was finishing up. I had really good results 13lbs gained (yeah i know i was and still am SKINNY lol). In about 2 weeks, im going to start Sustanon 250 and Dianabol 50. Has anyone stacked them 2 together before...and if so, how were the results? Im looking and trying my ass off to get to my goal weight of 180lbs. When i start, does anyone know of any cycle ideas? How many cc's, how often to inject, etc. Also my diet isnt the best, but i try to get about 180-200g protein daily, carbs, etc. Any recommendations are helpful!! I know yall know ALOT more than i do, i look forward to hearing some helpful ideas. Thanks!

You really need to educate yourself on steroids and how to build muscle tissue. Your started a cycle at 152lbs @15bf and your going to have no time off cycle and go into another cycle. Taking steroids isn't going to help you in the long run because after a cycle your going to lose all weight gain and probably more because you don't have a diet to support any tissue otherwise you would be alot heavier.

You need to go to the diet section and learn how to eat the right foods, if you post your diet we can help you design the right diet to suit your body type and make you gain weight naturally, you need to build a foundation otherwise your wasting your time and money with steroids, unless your 4ft 5 that is.

Food is your key, learn about it and you will gain weight dont think steroids is the answer because for you they arent yet, best of luck

unless you're 5'3, you're diet is way off. Post up your complete diet with macro's in the diet forum or here if you like and someone will help you eat to gain lean mass.

Yes my diet is DEFINITELY something that needs tweaking....as well as my knowledge of steroids. I surely dont want to lose the weight i have busted my ass to gain. Let me check out the diet section here and possiably post something up there or here. Thank y'all for all the pointers!

    ok so here goes nothing..:
    im 5'9, 165lbs and approx 15%BF.
Diet sucks and needs help tweaking for mass and muscle gains.
I work 24hours on/ 24 off with my full time job...and 12 hour shifts in a car part time, so its kinda hard to have quality meals when my jobs always have me on the go.

Mornings are a typical breakfast of eggs, wheat toast, grits and OJ.

Lunch (if i get one) is usually quick fast food or something and a protein shake if possiable.

Afternoons we usually have big meals, steak, rice and gravy, etc. Basically all the crap i shouldnt be eating if i want quality meals.

I am a full time firefighter, and we arent allowed to leave the station at all unless we go on calls.... so anything i we eat, is 99% of the time cooked there for 8 people. I work out hard at the ststion about 2 hours a day. I am lacking on cardio. I do have a post-workout protein shake, as well as one during the morning. I take L-Argenine and Beta Alanine, Glutamine, and Creatine.

I know my diet absolutely SUCKS. I am reading more in the "diet" portion of this forum. I just joined up today and wish i would have been able to find this site about 2 months ago!

google the term TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) then figure out what yours is. From that point plan your diet to be 5-7 meals a day, totaling about 300-500 calories over your TDEE, with a protien/carb/fat split of 40/40/20.

Lots of us have to eat at work, the solution is to cook in advance on your off day and lots of tupperwear. Check out other peoples diet in the diets forum.
