At the moment im just using a generic cheap multi-vitamin. i know people say that they arent enough for bodybuilders/lifters but i take 3 a day, with breakfast lunch and diner to spread them out over the day. taking in alot of vitamins at once is no good to you, the same as taking in all ur protein for the day in one siting.
im just wondering about taking a more bodybuilding specific multi, animal pak is obviously the most popular but its 10x more expensive then what i use at the moment. ON opti-men & perfor-maxx are pretty popular aswell.
just want to hear guys opionons on which are best and if u have noticed a big difference from a higher grade multi. thanks!
