I am on day 3 and I am 60mcg going up 20 mcg a day until I hit 120mcg. And I am using Keto as well, right now I am at .5mg but tomorrow I go up to 1mg etc...
I am already starting to experience light cramps in my forearms, hands and feet. I want to get down the right amount of Taurine, Potassium and Magnesium that I can take to combat this without doing any extra damage to my liver etc (I am on Liv 52 as well).
So I am currently taking:
Taurine- 500mg (3 tabs)
Potassium-99mg (1 Tab)
Magnesium Citrate-400mg (2 tabs)
What amounts is it safe to take these supplements to in order to help prevent cramping? And when I do that should I up my Liv 52 dosage to compensate? I am also drinking about a little over a gallon of water a day.
I am going to get some Pedialyte to help with rapid Potassium replacement as well. I am also eating one banana a day.
