It may not be the best picture, but still looks pretty cool and dark. Much like the look they came up with for the Joker in The Dark Knight.

This looks good but did they get Hardy to bulk up or did they do some lame-o suit like they used on Jugrnaut?

Hardy beefed up very quickly to play Bronson in the film "Bronson". No doubt he'll look like a beast in this as well.
