Lightbulb Intro to Mr.AF - A small statured bodybuilder

    Hey guys,

My name is Adam, I am nearly 23, stand 5 foot 4 tall and I have been in the gym since I was 13. At the time, I was the youngest member and required my parents to sign multiple waivers from the gym in case I injured myself, but I was determined.

The initial few years were simply for me to start getting into a routine of going to gym, learning techniques and doing light exercises.

When I started gym in year 7, I was approx 40-45 kg and the smallest and one of the weakest in my year. When I completed year 12 (age 18), I was approximately 50-53 kg and was still the shortest in my year but 3rd strongest and was only occasionally teased.

My sole motivation this whole time has been my stature, constantly picked on and beaten up in school for being the shortest and generally just being frustrated by others having lower expectations because I am not as big. Because of this, I have been religiously in the gym 3 days a week without fail (except for extreme sickness or exams) for close to a decade. Since the age of 18 until now, I have solely been working towards body building.

I now weigh 68 kg (+15kg since I finished school) and at this point I feel I have reached a number of milestones that I am proud of:
Bench 1 x 140kg (over double my weight)
Dead lift 6 x 150kg (only started properly working my legs in the last 6 months)
Squat 6 x 150kg (only started properly working my legs in the last 6 months)
I now have 39.5cm (15.5inch) arms - while not huge for most, I believe a decent effort considering I am a slow gainer.

Unfortunately, I started to plateau about 6 months ago at 65kg and really needed some motivation and help; I started using creatine (only 10 grams a day) in cycles of 6 weeks. I also looked for other body builders of my height to show that there is still room for me to grow and I found them - Franco Columbu (5 foot 5) and Lee Priest (5 foot 4 – identical to me).

Since then I have often pondered about taking some form of steroids to help me continue gaining as I am currently not far off my genetic potential, but I want to keep growing.

I may have found a source I can get these items through, but before I do, I really need some guidance from people that have used these sorts of materials before.

I would like to try steroids for a 8-12 week period, but I want ones with the least possible chance of side-effects (see important note below). I am only aiming to take small doses, but my main goal for taking them is:

I want to put on muscle, doesn’t have to be fast as I am used to slow gains, but I want continual steady growth – that will STAY with me as much as possible when I do not use anything.

From my research, the combination of Deca-durabolin + another steroid (which I need suggestions on) is most likely going to be ideal by the means of gains + lowest chance of side effects.

So please share some wisdom with me on this matter and I appreciate the time you have taken to learn a bit about the short guy. 

IMPORTAT NOTE: Unfortunately, prostate cancer does run in my family. My grandfather recently passed due to that and another of other health issues (he was 87). My uncle is one of the youngest in Australia to have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (he was in his mid 40’s when diagnosed and is still battling today). Because of this, I will have to start having prostate checks a lot earlier then other men.

    This is me currently:
