test c 250mg to test e 300mg

So I am on week 5 of my cycle which consists of test C 375mgs/W. Everything is going good but my hook up for test now only has test E 300mg my problem is converting... I am taking 187.5mg 2xW which is 3quarter ml. how many ml's of the test E 300mg do I take to equal 375mgs/W

the test I am taking now is test C 250mg and the test I am going to be switching to is test E 300mg, any help would be much appreciated lads.
