Just started my HGH treatment, what results can I expect and when can I see the chang

Hi everyone, this is my first post to this forum. I'm 30 years old and very physically active. I spent a little too much time partying with friends and not working out or eating correctly but I've been back on track for over 2 months now. I have lost 18lbs and 7% body fat in 60 days with no supplements, currently I am 172lbs and 16% body fat.
I started my HGH treatment three days ago (tonight will be my fourth injection) and I'm trying to get some info from people who have used HGH before. Currently I am doing 2IUs just before bed and so far I have noticed that I am sleeping much better and waking up feeling recharged. I don't see any results in the mirror or the scale yet (which is expected) but I am curious as to when I can expect to start seeing results in fat loss and increase in muscle tone. Any advice?

HGH is a long term compound. Depending on your hgh grade and how your body reacts, some people see changes sooner than others. But ordinarily around the 3 month mark and to see a real change? 6 months.

Why are you injecting at night before bed when you are only 30? This is for anti-aging when you are over 40 and your natural gh pulse has slowed down. At 30 you still have a heavy pulse at night so injecting then can suppress your own pulse.

Injecting in the wee hours of the morning or first thing in the morning is preferred. Just make sure you do not eat any carbs within an hour of injection time on either side of injection.
