    Wink First time in here

    Hey guys first time to post a thread in the lounge (its exciting lol). Anyways I wanted to take a nutrion and training course and I was wondering if anyone used IFBB Academy or head of it. Is it any good? Also do you guys know any other programs that have phenomenal teaching?
