So i want to start supplementing preworkout. Used to take Jack3d a couple years back but havent been taking anything in the past couple years. What should I be looking for as far as ingredients? Im going to be buying all bulk powders to save some money, and right now all i can think to get is beta alanine and arginine.
Also I have heard that arganine needs to be combined with glutamine in order to produce an NO2 booster, is that true?
