Nipples over-sized, but no hard lump.

It looks like theres a bunch of soft shit under my nipples. looks like localized fat. it made my nipple about 5 cm diameter, pink and soft. Ugly as phuck, can't go to the beach.

i pinch it but i cant feel anything hard. its soft as hell.

When they get hard while i workout, they shrink down to normal size and no gyno is visible.

If had them for about 2 years, but now that ive taken 5 lbs of fat in the last 3 weeks, they look worse than ever.

Will dieting and cutting allow me to get rid of that, or do i need to turn to surgery?

Im about 16% BF, but my entire muscularity looks soft. No definition and i look like im full of shit, unless i flex, then i look cut.

Yeah this happens to some of us while on cycle, In my case water retention causes my nipples to look puffy and larger than normal.

I would say you do not need surgery, about the 3rd week of pct my nipples shrink down to their normal small size.

Lowering your bodyfat may help with this in the future.
