it would raise ur AR to match the amount of test in ur system which yes would build muscle but think of it as a non shrinkin vag... once its tapped by a big man, the lil ones just dont cut it as much.
doing a gram is senseless, except in some very heavy cases which IMO would be due to going to strong and not stacking... im gonna hit that thread later tonite when i have more time lol... but yea doing a gram would A) increase recovery time because the downregulation of the AR is slower than the upregulation and B) present alot more sides, depending on how much over ur natty threshold u go over
the reason i said to do the gram would be to try to up the Dht conversion, cuz it will stay constant to a ratio and that ratio changes slowly naturally, since u did tren only cycle u downregulated that DHT so now u have libido issues. By doinga gram you would increase the DHT conversion, which would *in theory* raise DHT levels back to normalness and with a proper PCT, strong pct, that when u came back natty that ratio would be corrected.
also, instead u may want to ask if u can get Winny. that is a DHT replacement, and will lower Shbg...
