    My Test E Log + PICS + weekly updates.........'WHO DARES WINS'

    Hi everyone,

    I plan to keep this as a detailed blog of my entire AAS cycle, i will be posting weekly updates of strength & size gains / sides etc and will be adding new pics as and when i see changes to my body.

    Before i get going here are my stats;
    Age - 28
    Height - 5ft 6"
    Weight - 161lbs
    Bf% - about 13-14% (if you think any differently from pics please let me know)

    I know at 161lbs everyone will say its too early to start my cycle and i need to sort out my diet but my decision has been made and my cycle has started so id appreciate if people leave it at that.

    Ok then, now thats out the way ill get on to my cycle details;

    Week 1 - 02 Test E @ 1000mg/w (monday + thursday)
    Week 2 - 12 Test E @ 500mg/w (monday + thursday)

    PCT - 2 weeks after last test pin
    Week 15 - 18 clomid 100/100/50/50
    Week 15 - 18 nolva 40/40/20/20

    Diet

    My diet is now in check after initially been ripped apart then ammended by gbrice75!lol. It now looks like this (if anyone wants a detailed breakdown just let me know)
    -protein 398g
    -carbs 277g
    -fat 70g
    -cals 3271

    My supplements for the cycle will be the following:
    - milk thistle
    - Whey / Casein protein shakes
    - Flaxseed oil
    - Fish Oil's

    Im know the hardest thing for me is gonna be to stay out of the gym on my rest days but i'll do my best. Im planning to do a simple 4 day split;

    Day 1 - Chest/tricep (5 + 2 workouts)
    Day 2 - Back/bicep (6 + 2 workouts)
    Day 3 - Shoulders/legs ( 5 + 4 workouts)
    Day 4 - off
    Day 5 - Bi/Tri (4 + 4 workouts)
    Day 6 - off
    Day 7 - off

    On my training days i'll be running to and from the gym which is about 2 miles each way and on my off days i may do a bit of light cardio and maybe some abs.

    PHEW!! Now that ive got all that out the way i finally get to start the blog!

    Did my first pin on monday 21st feb, to be honest i was shitting myself! ha, but it turns out it was all for nothing, didnt feel a thing apart from a bit of an ache over the next phew hours! Im going to inject into my glutes throughout the cycle. I decided to frontload the first week with 500mg in each pin then drop it down to 250ml for the next 11. Cant wait until tomorrow for my next shot!

    OK, as this is the first week i'll post my measurements so i can track my progress throughout the cycle;

    Weight -161lbs
    Chest - 39"
    Waist - 30"
    R Bicep - 15.4"
    R forearm - 12.2"
    R Quad - 22.9"
    R Calf - 15.2"

    I'll be measuring up weekly and posting my results.

    Well, 2nd pin went fine today, 500mg in the left glute.......no problem! There was no pain at all, im sure that will change when i get to week 12 and my arse is like a pin cushion! ha.

    Had an awsome Shoulder/legs day today, to be honest ive been feeling pumped all week! probably all in my head as its gonna take about 4 weeks for the test e to kick in?!
    This is how it went

    -Squats 4 x 10 8 8 6 - maxed at 260lbs
    -Military press 4 x 12 10 8 6 - maxed at 155lbs
    -cable laterals 4 x 10 -
    -Incline reverse flyes 4 x 10 - 35lbs
    -Wide grip Upright row 3 x 10 - 77lbs
    -Shrugs 4 x 10
    -Leg press 4 x 10 8 8 6 - maxed at 485lbs
    -Leg curl 4 x 12
    -Calf raises 4 x 15 - 120lbs

    Finding it hard to eat all the calories at the moment, dont know how im gonna cope when i have to up the cals as i get heavier?!

    No sides at the moment, though at 4 days in i should hope not!! lol

    nice work!!!

    You already looked pretty good mate and with a good solid base you'll see some good results.

    Just a thought, did you choose not to do a kicker at the start? Dbol, Test Prop etc? Would of helped you see some gains quicker. Also be careful when you drive. Inj in the backside and turning corners (especially roundabouts) hurt like hell for me when i did the same course as you.

    I have never found frontloading test E to be beneficial

    Thanks for your support guys, as i see more gains i'll add more posts, hopefully sooner rather than later! ha

    thrashunreal - I did look at doing a kicker but just didnt fancy the bloat that you get with dbol and dont know too much about prop, i thought id try frontlooading the test and see how that goes? Also, i didnt want to suddenly pack on a lot of bulk in a couple of weeks as it would get people asking unwanted questions! lol

    Noles12 - I did a lot of reading up on frontloading and got a mixed review some people said it worked well, some said it didnt do anything at all? I have enough test so i thought id justgive it a go and see? at the end of the day, i didnt think it would hurt.

    As ive started with my Bf% a bit higher than i would have liked im quite worried about adding fat. My diet at the moment is spot on at just over 3200 cals/day but i think im gonna find it hard to find to eat more as im gaining weight, its a strange concept for me to eat even when im not hungry at all?! But hey, i know its all about the diet.

    Thats how i went about it too and why i suggested on not doing it. I ran it and felt no difference but that is my personal opinion. So if it works for you good, if not then dont do it again.

    Wahoo, 3rd pin today, only 250mg from now on lol. No problem at all, right glute again, slight sting going in but after that didnt feel a thing.

    No sides as of yet.

    So, here are my weekly measurements that i took first thing this morning (previous monday in black, today in red)

    Weight -161lbs -166.2lbs
    Chest - 39" -39"
    Waist - 30" -30.5"
    R Bicep - 15.4" -16.1"
    R forearm - 12.2" -12.2"
    R Quad - 22.9" -23"
    R Calf - 15.2" -15.2"

    Well, not much change there, but hey, its only been a week? 11 more to grow!!ha

    Had a mega chest & tricep day today, feel really pumped! this is how it went;

    -decline bench barbell 10 10 9 7 - finishing on 254lbs
    -incline bench barbell 10 8 8 5 - finishing on 198lbs
    -flat bench db superset with flye 10 8 8 - 68lbs press, 30lbs flye
    -closegrip bench 10 10 10 - finishing on 132lbs
    -cable crossover 10 10 8
    -pullover 10 10 10
    -tri pushdown superset with overhead tri ext 10 10 10
    -weighted dip 3 x failure

    TIME TO EAT!!!!!!!

    Not per week, per pin. I decided to frontload for the first week at 1000mg/w then drop it back down to 500mg/w for the rest of the cycle.

    Just thought I'd give frontloading a try to see if it works for me?

    Did my 4th pin yesterday, no problem at all.

    Im feeling a lot stronger at the moment, probably due to me being more focused rather than the test. Definatly beginning to add size, im getting very vascular around my delts and arms which is good and my traps have got a bit more mass. Im eating about 3400 cals at the moment (all clean) and im still hungry a lot of the time!!

    Ill measure up and post more pics on monday when im 2 weeks in.

    Sides - my nipples have felt a bit sensitive and sore over the last day or two, probably nothing but i dont want to risk it so im taking nolva @ 10mg ED. Ive ordered some stane which will arrive in a week which ill start taking @ 12.5mg EOD

    good idea on the stane, if you continue with the sore nips i would hit the stane at 12.5mg ED.
    if you have time, what does a typical day in your diet look like?

    One thing that has always helped me to eat massive amounts of food are digestive enzymes, they're easy to find, really cheap and really help you digest.

    Right Guys,

    Im now 2 weeks into my cycle and am very happy with my gains do far. I seem to be adding some quality muscle mass, i think my Bf% has dropped a bit too (very happy about this) though that may be an indication that im not eating enough?! Im doing about 3600 cals a day, all the food sauces are 100% clean. I think i may add a couple of hundred extra calories this week (more oats probably) and see how it goes? What does everyone think? I didnt want to start my calories too high just to turn it to bf%

    Not too much of a difference but im happy to be adding quality muscle (not water) that i will hopefully keep after the cycle is over.

    Im getting quite impatient at the moment, i know im only a couple of weeks in and i wont see any real strength gains until week 4 or 5 but i cant wait for it!!

    Sides - nipples are back to normal after taking 10mf of tamox ED, to be honest i think it was nothing, just my head playing tricks on me? ha

    Looking at my new photos i definatly need to work on my legs!!

    Sorry for the delay on updates, been really busy..............NO EXCUSE! lol

    Well, here goes......... been a good couple of weeks, all my injections have been in the glutes and have been painless! Ive been feeling a bit dispondant at times as ive not been gaining as fast as id have liked, not been liking what ive been seeing in the mirror, i know its all in my head as im only in week 4 and AAS takes time. im just impatient!! But these last couple of days ive been feeling really strong, making really good progress in the gym and now feel GOOD!!

    Started taking a new sup jack3d before training recently, 1 word AWSOME, giving me really intense workouts.

    So, here are my weekly measurements that i took first thing this morning (previous weeks in black, this week in red)

    Weight -161lbs - 166.2lbs - 169.7 lbs - 174 lbs
    Chest - 39" - 39" - 41.7" - 42.3"
    Waist - 30" - 30.5" - 32.2" - 31.7"
    R Bicep - 15.4" - 16.1" - 16.1" - 16.5"
    R forearm - 12.2" - 12.2" - 12.4" - 12.6"
    R Quad - 22.9" - 23" - 23" - 23.3"
    R Calf - 15.2" - 15.2" - 15.4" - 15.4"

    Im on 3800 cals a day at the moment which feels right, dont really want to eat much more as really dont want to add any more Bf%. Think i might even up the cardio a bit? thoughts?

    Been toying with the idea of doing maybe 4 weeks worth of German Volume Training to mix things up a bit? anyone see why not? again, thoughts?

    sides;been quite short tempered recently, but i expected this and just try to shrug things off. Noticed a few spots on my back too, just been scrubbing with non oil based soap.

    Seemed to have picked up a bit of a strain on my forearms, through curling too heavy i think, really hurts when i try to do any kind of curl. Ive pretty much not trained arms properly for the last week or so and there feeling a bit better already?

    UK, I think you're improvements on right on spot. If I'm not mistaken, yesterday put you at a month exactly. I can see clear gains in definition and vascularity throughout your upper body. I can also see a moderate increase in definition in your lower (above the knees) quads.

    It looks as though you have a trouble spot around your abs, particularly the obliques. Depending on if you're still hungry all the time, I would recommend either dropping off 300 cals a day or upping cardio as you mentioned, by 250-300 a day. You can also try (as I'm sure you already know) adding T3 or Clen if you really want lower your body fat in a jiffy.

    Are you still talking Nolva? Not an AI? The AI might help with the spots on your back, but from your most recent "lat spread photo" I couldn't see any blemishes.

    All in all, I think you're making good progress. At 4 weeks it's hard to say what adjustments should be made when you're still making clear gains and losing fat. If anything, maybe 5 mins of meditation or listening to relaxing music to ward away impatience.
