Your not giving us enough information here and nobody is going to make a diet for you. In order to get help you will need to help yourself a bit first. Do you know what your bodyfat % is ? Once you figure that out you can go here:

What does your current diet look like ? Please include when you eat your meals and the macronutrients (Protein / Carbs / Fats / Calories) of each meal.
Thanks the reading was helpful. I eat 4 to 5 meals a day. I'm around 3500 cal a day with the shakes. For breakfast its 4 eggs oatmeal and a shake its the GNC brand I mix it with whole milk or apple juice. 2 nd meal is tuna and cheese with shake. 3 rd is beef patties or chicken and the dinner is usally some kind of pasta. Before bed another shake and plain yogurt with fruit.
Can you post your diet as follows:
Meal 1 - Time of Meal
Eat XYZ
Total Carbs/Protein/Fat
Also list when you work out....I'm personally guessing that you aren't as close to 3500 calories as you think. That would be between 700 and 875 cals per meal....which is pretty high quantities of food or too high of fats.
