    please critique my diet

I am 27 years old, 175cm, 85kg and 12-13%bf. The last 6 weeks I'm been taking 500mg of test e but iv decided to change to 200mg test e and 350mg tren a for the next 10 weeks and I'm currently 3 days into this proticol. I'm also running aromasin and caber to prevent sides and I have a solid pct planned. My goal is to be 90kg and below 10%bf.

I live an active lifestyle, I enjoy running around and playing sports and I work on my feet. At least 2 days a week I perform heavy strenuous activities at work for a good part of the day.

My training ruitine is as follows
Monday - 80 minute leg workout + 10 minutes on the bike.
Tuesday - 80 minute chest and Tri workout + 10 minutes on the bike.
Wednesday - 30 minute circuit training
Thursday - 80 minute back and bi workout + 10 minutes on the bike.
Friday - 80 minute shoulder workout + 10 minutes on the bike.
Saturday - 30 minute circuit training
    Sunday - rest

So far this diet is keeping me the same weight while dropping bf% especially the last few days on the tren.

Should I lower the carbs on cardio only days?
Should I cut the rice and fruit completely on sundays?
Will this get me to my target?
    Any comments are greatly appreciated.
    Sorry about dodge macro calculation

The change of cycle seems fairly irresonsible but I'll let someone with more experience comment on that.

You seem to be eating twice the amount of protein you actually need but if this is working for you keep at it.

    Thanks

Your cycle is way to long IMO but I will also allow for someone more experienced to comment.

Thanks for comments, it's probably just bioscience but iv heard on cycle I should be eating twice as much protein. I do realise my cycle is a bit long but I'm using low doses so all up I'm using less gear then previous cycles so I figured that is ok. So the diet looks ok then apart from the extra protein?
