    Too many egg whites?

    Im eating 5 dozen egg whites every 2 days, is there anyway that it could be bad for me? just curious

    If they are cooked or pasteurized, and you are drinking enough water to flush all those protein metabolites, you should be fine. If they are raw and unpasteurized, you will deplete your body of vit B. I forget which B, but if you do a search on here it will tell you all about it. Or google "egg whites vitamin b"

    ok cool lol im sure im drinkn enough water to do so, so i think im good,4 gallons a day lol. and i always cook em, raw ones gie me the shits. i appreciate the insight bro

    Yeah, raw egg whites have an "Anti-Nutrient" called Avidin that is a glycoprotein that binds to the B vitamin biotin.

    Not much to worry about but I'm surprised that you didn't post here asking why you have suddenly started growing feathers.
