okay ive started a new diet similar to the last but a few changes let me know what you guys think alright?
wake up and do 30mins of pro form xp 160. which is cardio and then i hop off and here is the diet.
2 boiled eggs ( the whites only no york ) and 1 slice of bread ( i think its 50cal a slice ) and either a yogurt or a fruit ( most of the times i do an apple ) Bread? Try to eat Ezekiel bread since the best choice and yogurt? what type? Plain greek is the best like Fage or Chobani
then a snack. another fruit. What kind of snack?
then lunch
chicken, fish , turkey ( either one of them ) ( but how much should i get ? weight wise ) and spinach or veggies.
and then for a snack What snack?
a cup of celery or 1/2 carrot
dinner..( same as lunch but smaller )
anyone have a bettter diet for somone looking to loose weight? also i do 30 more mins at night.
