Thread: help me with my diet.

    help me with my diet.

    okay ive started a new diet similar to the last but a few changes let me know what you guys think alright?

    wake up and do 30mins of pro form xp 160. which is cardio and then i hop off and here is the diet.

    2 boiled eggs ( the whites only no york ) and 1 slice of bread ( i think its 50cal a slice ) and either a yogurt or a fruit ( most of the times i do an apple )

    then a snack. another fruit.

    then lunch

    chicken, fish , turkey ( either one of them ) ( but how much should i get ? weight wise ) and spinach or veggies.

    and then for a snack

    a cup of celery or 1/2 carrot

    dinner..( same as lunch but smaller )


    anyone have a bettter diet for somone looking to loose weight? also i do 30 more mins at night.

    Diet looks terrible.
    First you need to post your stat's, then we can tell you about your diet.

    im 6FT was 263 but now 253. bmi was 35.7 so yeah lowered a bit i guess?

    and im just trying to cut my weight while adding or converting muscle to fat.

    Here is an example of a clean cutting diet, DO NOT COPY IT I DONT HAVE YOUR STATS. This will show you how to properly structure a diet to be improved upon as well as a template for what a well balanced diet looks like.

    Age = 20
    Weight = 179 lbs
    Bodyfat% = 19%
    TDEE = 2750
    Goal = Progessively lose 5% bodyfat while preserving as much lean body mass as possible.
    Cardio = X, Y times a week at Z intensity

    PROPOSED DIET:

    Macros = Protein / Carbs / Fat / Total Cals

    Meal 1: 8:00am

    Meal 3: 1:00pm

    then a snack. another fruit. What kind of snack?

    check bold...Keep reading and come up with a better plan so the members can keep tweaking....Hang in there! It takes a bit to get to where you find the foods you will eat so you will stick to it.

    Do you have a stove? Will you eat oats? Can you prepare some meals ahead of time?
