Wheels are fvcking SICK! Everything else looks good to me as well, but i'm sure you know the wheels stand out. Great job, what does your typical leg routine look like?

nothing special with the leg routines other than raw intensity. typical day looks like this:
leg extensions 4 sets 10-12 reps
squats or front squats. my reps and sets on this varies.
after squats i do leg press or super squat machine. with this i always shoot for 12-15 reps for 4 sets
leg curls 4 sets 10-12 reps. every other week i will also do stiff leg deadlifts.
then i hit 3 random calve exercises.

im one of the guys who gets good results from keeping things changing so i wouldn't call this a set in stone week to week work out but its what the majority of them look like. the guys that tought me how to train tought me "it ain't a rep if yer nuts don't touch the floor" that training mentality made my legs grow extremely fast. back when i could barely squat 315 my legs looked like i could do 455.

lol shoulda seen my first contest in 09. EVERYTHING needed to catch up to my legs. it was ugly. real ugly. been trying to fix that ever since

well congratulations i know exactly what you mean, my first comp.. my legs were small abs and chest needed work, but you can only use this as constructive and come back bigger and better... well done

You should give yourself more credit about that first show. You had the balls to do it.

looking pretty good bet you are even better looking in person! as far as critiques id say add some thickness to hams, and add thickness to your back. back looks well defined but your shoulders kinda outshine your back, need to catch up back thickness to your shoulders.

back has a lot of detail that doesn't come out till closer to show time but yes it is overshadowed by shoulders and legs. my hammies pop a bit more when my ass isn't so gigantic. lol. the critiques are appreciated, there are currently no plans to compete. life is still too busy, but im making gains so i can't complain.
