    Have QUICK QUESTION

    Ok, I am 5'9
    175lb
    Bf - notsure

    I am trying to get some lean mass, but my meals end up with this total:
    1950.3 19.45 189.75 195.5
    cal fat carbs pro

    I am going to post my diet once I can fits it from excel.

    MY question is, Is this good enough marco to get lean mass, It is hard to get the 40 or so protein each meal , So I tryed to get atless 25-35g each meal and it worked out to be 195.5 total, which is pretty much 1.3g per LB.

    But as I stated above I am trying to get my plan fixed up so i can post it, I build my diet on excel.

    Agreed even if lean gaining you need more cals

    Damn son, you really got the marcos down to a fraction...Are you really going to take in 19.45 grams of fat? You'll be measuring more then eating...I'm just messin with you but those macros are pretty off.....

    I would say something more like this is better......Protein 280 grams, Carbs 250-300, fat 75...This is a quick calculation but definitely way more on the track...Protein is good, carbs may need adjusting down the road, and fats should be good.

    You aren't really going to know exactly what works best for you anyways until you start the diet, but again thats mainly going to be your carb intake

    Thanks, And I am not getting the measuring cup out, I have cottage chesse container and things ike that to give me a rough Idea.
