Is this too much or not enough. also I dont currently have a gym membership but have some dumbbells a bench and a door way gym , is it ok to do high rep work on this gear. I have probably 18 % body fat but carry it really well, or is the test just gonna make me fatter. OR will it be possible if i include enough cardio to not get bloated. I am not trying to be a body builder (yet) but just wanna get past a peek, and look some what jacked. Also is it ok to run win v and sustanon right after I finish the test deca.
