DI am thinking of switching to Muscle Milk for my protein and am planning to drink it in the morning, post workout, and right before bed. Is that a good choice or should I just get some less expensive protein for bedtime?
I know I should get more protein from meals but to be honest I have fo. ur kids and one income. I don't think I could afford to eat the way most of the diets say to eat. I don't think I could afford to eat a breast of chicken 3 times a day.
How can I do a decent diet without breaking the bank?
This should have gone in the diet section but the post started out to be just about the Muscle Milk then changed.
