training good solid 3 touching 4 years
would say roughly 14% b,f
diet is good, good 5 - 7 meals a day, high protein & clean carbs. roughly 3000-3500 caleries. but yea all good clean food
The pct should be started two weeks after last pin. start on week 11 . Yes both are necessary
I think your a little young but if your going to do it anyway.....I would knock those calories down a little. PCT with Prop should start 2-3 days after last injection. Prop kicks in quick so obviously it leaves the body fast. Yes both are necessary. I would also throw in some HCG at 250iu's twice per week. I think the HCG should be in all cycles. It will help you recovery faster.
