Would 200mg deca a week add much weight gain to me? Or should I go 100mg/week? I really don't want to gain weight just want a little something in my test prop cycle to help my joints.
Goal here is to add strength not weight. Even though some weight will come of coarse. I just don't want to gain 10+ lbs of bloat.
I am also on 12.5mg Aromasin a day as well.

I may try NPP someday and keep my fingers crossed. The more times a week keeps the levels smoother, no spikes so it's up to him/you on pinning preference.
