    Good bodybuilding books

    Hey.
I have trained with steroids for about a year now. But I have never followed any special program. So I have now decided to take my building more seriously, and make myself a decent plan. Which is combining steroid cycling, dieting and training. But to manage this I need a lot more knowledge about bodybuilding. Therefore I have decided to buy me some books. But I dont know which is good. And I dont want to waste my money.

So I was hoping you could tell me of some good bodybuilding books. Concerning dieting, steroid cycling and training?

You have access to all the info you are looking for at your fingertips right here. The steriod q&a section is by far the best resource avail on cycles etc - including any books ive ever read - and ive read a lot of them. Same can be said for the diet section - guys like gbrice and many other members take a lot of their time to post info on various diet protocols and if you put effort in outlining your goals and current diet (macros etc) people often even help you tailor a personal diet plan. As far as training guys like base and others also put alot of time in posting workout routines etc. The stickies also provide a wealth of knowledge. In all honesty ,as i said, all the info you are looking for is here. The stickies provide some solid foundation info and the forums give you updated ideas and methods proven successful....and its all free.
