Please help Newbie who's been lurking...

I am hoping to get good advice here from the many knowledgeable people here on the boards. I have read for hours and although I feel more educated overall I am just as confused as I was at the start about what I should do. This will be my very first cycle ever.

I play an amateur sport and through that found a few guys who were taking some form of steroid. When I approached one he put me in touch with someone who was able to get me Sustanon but due to not being educated I declined but told him I was gonna consider it and get back to him and started researching here to find out what I should do.

    Here are my basics:

I am an active 34 year old amateur athlete. Due to the nature of my position that I play I have never been a heavy lifter and tend to stick to the basics. During the season I have been doing kettlebell work, deadlifts, and push/pull basics and that's it but I have been a person who has worked out regularly my whole life but always been a hard gainer, especially in the arms and shoulders. During the season I tend to carry too much body fat, too, probably due to less working out than off season.

    Age: 34
    Height: 6'1'' 3/4
    Weight: 207
Body Fat: not sure exactly but prob 18% or so
    Waist: 34

I would say I'm in the type of shape that you would call "skinny fat" right now. My idea is to get rid of some of this body fat and gain some nice lean muscle in all areas of the body, especially the shoulder arms and chest which are my worst areas.

I also want to add the complication to you guys of only wanting to use orals. Without getting into a lot of detail I'll say it has to do with a past injury and having to have my blood thinned out while hospitalized for over a week due to a blood clot.

Sorry if this is long winded. I have a lot of respect for the knowlegde of people on the board here and would greatly value your input. Thanks in advance.

well sust is only an injectable. I personally would never run an oral only cycle.
I wouldnt consider steroids at this time. Get a steady work out and diet going now.

In my opinion, at 6'2" and 207lb but around 18% you really need to get your diet and training dialed in before using AAS. I am certain that you can build up that upper body nicely if you just focused on training and eating properly.
Keep in mind higher body fat % carriers are more susceptible to experiencing side effects of AAS usage. Furthermore, AAS will not take you very far without proper eating habits. Keep reading the educational threads here, keep asking questions, and take a look at the diet section educational threads. Good luck bro
