    Waaay bigger appetite!! More energy as well. When bulking or in PCT I do B1, B6, B12 daily. Sometimes mix it with gear, sometimes alone. I love it. Here's a pic of the stuff I use. 10 days is about 3 dollars over here in Thailand.

    I use 1mg every second week to help with the tiredness after workout. But I eat a lotta red meat and that also supply b12. Here is a google search on b12 deficiency:

    * Low energy, chronic fatigue

    * Mental fog, forgetfulness, memory loss

    * Depression

    * Pernicious anemia, megaloblastic anemia

    * Numbness, tingling in hands or feet

    * Dizziness

    * Headaches

    * Neurological damage

    * Gastritis

    You should get this from your diet unless you get these symptoms. I just take it to be safe! lol Animal liver such as chicken pate is a source of b12.
