Kuwait is rich enough to have some good BB'ers. I think the blokes here in afghanistan, the good ones, are maybe 1 to 2 years ahead of me in progress.

I saw a BB Documentary on the Afghan National Team. Man these guys are primitive! The guys in this video above are mostly foreign nationals who are Gym Captains. Most local men are lazy and aren't willing to put in effort to look good. The ones that do only come to the gym as long as they have AAS, and as soon as it runs out, they stop coming. sad but true. I know guys here who have been on Deca alone for over 2 years. That's right 2 years. There is no sense of AAS education here
