    Hey Guys,

    I just wanted to give you guys an idea of what I am doing and where I am at and just see what you guys think, I've spent alot of time on the forums just reading everything I could and I figured its time for me to post my cycle.

    Stats Before Start: 5'10 180pounds bf% high teens

    I've been working out since I was 16, I am now 21 turning 22 in January. I had taken sometime off when I had my girlfriend and had acquired some fat, I went from 180 last year to 190, then decided to hit it hard again, cut down to 180 again but looked bigger (muscle wise) after. Once I plateaued I figured it was time for me.

    So last wednesday I began my new diet and cycle and I swear it has been a total 360 since that day.

    I am intaking now about 420grams of clean protein 250grams of clean carbs and about 83grams of fat.

    Cycle: Liquatech T400 + Liquatech deca (PCT To be Administered 21 Days After Last deca Shot)

    Shots: Wednesday @ 10pm Eastern .8cc of T400 / .8cc of deca mixed in same shot (to dilute the painful t400 as I've learned this week)

    Then 2nd Shot is Sundays @ 12pm

    So I have completed ONE week of shots thus far, last night did the first shot of second week.

    Last wednesday I weighed in @ 179.2 Pounds, Last night I weighed in @ 192 pounds. My question is this cant be the juice already right? It must be my diet change, my body could be in shock from all this healthy food LOL. Everyone keeps saynig holy shit you looked good before but you look huge now, I just want to know whats going on, If it is the food I kinda regret doing the juice because holy shit I gained 13 Pounds in a week!

    Let me know what you guys think, and if you want Ill post my diet.

    (also supplementing with ALLMAX Creatine Mono , Simple Multivitamin , Ultimate Nutrition Whey Protein 30g of protein per)

    my weights been fluctuating as of late, i guess its alot of water. im holding steady around 190 in the mornings. This is the beginning of week 3. Everybody thinks im juicing so I guess I'm doing something right lol..

    Diet change and the AAS. Do keep in mind AAS will get you bloated on water weight quick.

    yep, I definately feel MUCH stronger in the gym. The juice kinda changed me as a person I'm a little meaner edgier and cocky as of late, not sure if I like that.

    Id say my squats up 45 pounds , bench is right around the same, dumbbells chest presses incline and flat are up 10-15 pounds each, my legs are beginning to actually look really nice. Super excited if this is only week 3 ...

    the area i forgot to note on is my back, HOLY STRENGTH INCREASE, I used to do seated row 200pounds, now Im doing 260 NO ISSUES. deadlift 2 plates like its a joke.

    IF you did a 360, you would be right back where you started. LOL

    Its probably a combination of everything. They say your diet is the most important aspect of it all. Juice will obviously increase your stats but taking in the protein and having a great diet is probably the best part. Combines with a solid training plan, you're good to go. You should do before and after pics/stats.
