2. on studying the site i came across needing a long esterd testosterone which

1. using components that cause less bloating (eg: tbol instead of dbol), or using an AI such as arimidex.

2. Depends from people to people. Enanthate or cypionate are effective and cheap. Decanoate takes too long to kick in imo, and isocaproate or phenylpropionate seems good if you dont mind pinning e3d.
