Also my T comes in 200mg/l vials. If I wabt to take 100 a week, how do I do this?

well since your on t also its fine
and you would fill the syringe to half a cc

100 EOD is 350 IU a week. This isn't too little but it is on the low end. FYI, I only do 100 IU 2x/week and it keeps me doing well. This is on top of my Test Cyp.

Thanks for the replies. So if I use half the T vial, is there a certain way I should store the otherhalf? Will it keep ok at room teputure?

Test should always be kept at room temperature. Test Cyp has a shelf life of 2 years (check the bottle).
