Whats up yall?
Alright.. So let me start off by saying that I did my best to find and read most of the threads labeled newbies in the educational section.. but I won't lie, that was some heavy reading for one night, so I probably didn't read every word for word. So excuse me if Im asking the obvious, or make myself sound like a complete idiot.
I've been doing a little research on Winstrol in particular. Out of about 15-20 articles I read, there seems to be a few things in common: 1) Toxic to your liver in both oral and injectable forms. 2) Burns fat (about half of the articles said minimal fat burning capabilities, and the other half of them said the opposite). 3) No water retention. 4) A low (compared to other products) percentage of muscle/strength gains.
There are also other similarities in the articles but those 4 lead me to my questions, so I'm just going to go with that.
Question 1 - Throughout the threads, articles, and other sources i've read up on, there seems to be a 75% to 25% ratio on whether or not to use Winstrol in a cycle without a testosterone. 75% being against the use of this alone. Which is unfortunate because that's exactly what I want to do. Keep in mind a few things: 1) I'm not looking to look like Arnold
That takes years of concentrated efforts, not just one winny only cycle., or anything close to it. (Even with steroids, I don't think I have the genetics, haha.) 2) I want to use it purely for cosmetic reasons as well as to satisfy my curiosity. 3) I'm aware that the majority of people on this website are bodybuilders OR are looking to become just that
not necessarily, this is a good source of knowledge regarding this subject., which would mean this is probably a good place to get educated, and that's what I'm looking to do. All that being said, what is your idea on taking Winstrol alone on a cycle? (Also keep in mind, I'm 20 years old, I'm living with my parents until I'm out of school, so another reason why I'm not wanting to go all out is to keep it somewhat hidden to my family. They are against it, and I have a little respect enough to keep in on the down low).
Doing a oral only cycle has the potentional to shut your natty test down and winny isnt enough to keep the necessary fuctions of test going. ALso, with your age you would be better to eat better and work hard. You are at the peak of puberty test levels, and why would you want to suppress them now? and risk the chance of never returning to it and suffer problems later in life. yes TRT sounds great but its a shot for the rest of your life every 2 weeks. for the rest of your life. That is an aspect that young-ins dont realize
. And since you said you only want it for cosmetic reasons, that makes it seem you are looking for a shortcut to bypass hard work. It woudl be a different story if you were wanting to be a bber and had your diet and workouts incheck. but for purely cosmetic reasons you are better off going natty untill later in life. also if you still live with your parents, dont even risk it. Wait untill you are out on your own and begin with a test only cycle when you are older.
The next questions kind of go along with the first.
If I do do a cycle of Winstrol only, I should be taking some sort of liver support, correct? Which product would best suit my needs?
I will also like to point out (if this isn't obvious enough), that I do not believe i've hit my absolute goals naturally. This seems to be the ideal time for a cycle. But my curiosity has gotten the best of me.
if you havent hit your goals naturally, then where are you lacking? gear is 10% of gains, diet and hard work is 90%. if you dont work hard now and eat right, why would that change when ur on gear?
Oh and I should also mention that I plan on doing some sort of high intensity, interval style workout (such as CrossFit). I love doing cardio of any type, and mix that into some lifting and I'm obsessed.
That is good, be obsessed with lifting and eating. With your age, your metabolism is very high also so you really dont have to eat that great, just eat alot of healthy foods. that combined with hard work will be what you are looking for, not a magic pill.
And I'm also aware that my diet will play a huge, if not the biggest, part in this. I'm leaning towards a high protein diet for sure, probably within the 2500-3000 calorie range. It seems like I ran across a few things that say that your diet is key to maintaining your gains and your strength, which is what I intend to do. Question is, is it possible to maintain at least 70% of your strength gains when your off the cycle?
you prolly need to eat more than that, at least 3500 calories/day. check out the diet forum there is alot of good info there, and if you are intelligent on what you ask, you will get better responses.
I think that just about wraps up most of my questions. Any other information or opinions on this would be incredibly helpful and appreciated, as well as the answers to my questions.
Take it a little easy on me, I am new at this. Painfully new. And I intend on learning as much as I can before I even come close to trying it out.
