    Critique Please

    175lbs
    10% BF
    Training properly for 3-4 years
    First cycle was 8 weeks Test E 300mg/wk

    My diet

    Upon Waking: 2 scoops whey
    1/2 cup oats

    Meal 1: 2 whole eggs 4egg whites mixed with spinach
    4 slices turkey bacon
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 banana

    Meal 2: 8oz ground turkey
    1 1/2 cup brown rice

    Meal 3: 8oz grilled chicken
    1 1/2 cup brown rice

    Train

    PWO: 2 scoops whey
    2 slices white bread
    2 tbsp jelly
    gatorade

    Meal 4: 6oz steak
    8oz sweet potato
    1 cup broccoli

    Meal 5: 7oz Tuna
    2 tbsp peanut butter


    Cycle:

    1-12 Test E 500mg/wk
    1-10 Deca 300mg/wk
    ???? Anavar 30-50mg/day
    14-19 PCT

    When should I start the anavar and for how long? I was thinking maybe start it at week 8-14 so that I start PCT right after the end of anavar?

    I will be running Adex at .5mg x3/wk and will bump if needed. I also have caber on hand which if needed I will use .5mg Mon/Thurs.

    PCT:
    Nolva 40/20/20/20/20
    Clomid 100/50/50/50
    HCG 250iu x2/wk

    2nd cycle drop the deca, everything else looks ok

    I would love to get a little help from the vets still regarding the anavar! I set up a good post with all stats and diet and have a legitimate question, why is it so hard to get help? I see tons of pointless posts that get stupid replys...

    How did you do on your 1st cycle? Well if it was good do it again.Why increase if you dont have to its just a waste.Now if you want to throw in the Var go ahead.300mg test + Var.Now dont take this as gosbel.But I think Var is 2.2mg per lb of body weight.You can look that up in the profile section.Var is good to harden you up and suppose to help cut belly fat.Good luck bro.
